I am currently working on

precision medicine   complex systems   theoretical biology

I have already worked on:

bio-inspired computing   formal languages   rewriting   complexity   biomodelling

I have worked with this (and similar) formal models:

Petri nets   membrane (P) systems   register machines   reaction systems

I am interested in:

category theory   functional programming   traffic dynamics
