Move LOAD_ARRAY[_RENAME] macros to before loadcustomlevelstats()

In order to be able to use the LOAD_ARRAY() and LOAD_ARRAY_RENAME()
macros in Game::loadcustomlevelstats(), they have to be moved to earlier
in the file.
