Misa ef03c2a54a Remove clamp in favor of SDL_clamp
For the same reasons as I removed VVV_min/max in favor of SDL_min/max in
aa7b63fa5f, I'm doing the same thing here.

Versions

There are two versions of the VVVVVV source code available - the desktop version (based on the C++ port, and currently live on Steam), and the mobile version (based on a fork of the original flash source code, and currently live on iOS and Android).
