The `build` in the `.travis.yml` file is redundant. `stack test` is just
an alias for `stack build --test`.
Also in the old way of doing things, `-Werror` is actually not set when
running tests. So it is ignored for test files..
Now also test files need to have no warnings.
- Integrated doctests into cabal
- Doctest more of the documentation
- Remove the (:>) constructor
- Give kind signatures to Symbols
- Make all constructors typeable
- Use stylish-haskell for consistency of styling
- Cleanup documentation
- Remove old TODO.md
* Add support for parameters.
* Clean up type level magic, invalid links no longer have a type.
* Proxies are now used to be consistent with the rest of the servant ecosystem.
