servant-foreign: fix camelCase

Previous behaviour was a bit shouty (and dashes aren't allowed in JS
variable names):

camelCase ["one", "two", "thirty-three"] => "oneTWOTHIRTY-THREE"

New behaviour:

camelCase ["one", "two", "thirty-three"] => "oneTwoThirtythree"
