iF you have own combinators, you'll need to define a new method of
`HasClient` class, for example:
```haskell
type Client m (MyCombinator :> api) = MyValue :> Client m api
hoistClientMonad pm _ nt cl = hoistClientMonad pm (Proxy :: Proxy api) nt . cl
```
