c84a8f2423 nxp-imx8: drop kernel overlay 
With overlays one cannot re-use nixpkgs across different machines,
which is a performance issues. In this instance it's not really needed.

Add NXP i.MX8 SOC family support. 
Currently there are two devices supported:
* imx8qm-mek
* imx8qxp-mek
