Albert Krewinkel 1843a8793a HTML writer: keep attributes from code nested below pre tag. ... If a code block is defined with `<pre><code class="language-x">…</code></pre>`, where the `<pre>` element has no attributes, then the attributes from the `<code>` element are used instead.
