fiddlosopher ffed5c1cc3 Added --xetex option to pandoc and markdown2pdf. ... If --xetex is specified, pandoc produces latex suitable for processing by xelatex, and markdown2pdf uses xelatex to create the PDF. Resolves Issue #185.
