fiddlosopher 030d94e1c3 Refactored SGML escaping functions and "in tag" functions to
Text/Shared/Pandoc.  (escapeSGML, stringToSGML, inTag,
inTagSimple, inTagIndented, selfClosingTag)  These can be
used by both the HTML and Docbook writers.
