Albert Krewinkel	ddd1b85608	JATS templates: fix affiliation tagging in articleauthoring output ... Affiliations were `xlink`ed even in the articleauthoring tag set, but `<aff>` are not allowed as children of `contrib-group` elements in that tag set.
