- The (non-exported) prelude is in prelude/Prelude.hs.
- It exports Monoid and Applicative, like base 4.8 prelude,
but works with older base versions.
- It exports (<>) for mappend.
- It hides 'catch' on older base versions.
This allows us to remove many imports of Data.Monoid
and Control.Applicative, and remove Text.Pandoc.Compat.Monoid.
It should allow us to use -Wall again for ghc 7.10.
Instead, use a forward-slash to join paths, regardless of the
platform. This matches the way MediaBag now works.

Renamed some tests, introducing subsidiary directories
for fb2, docx, epub.
Cleaned up tests in cabal file.
Combined dokuwiki-writer and dokuwiki_inline_formatting tests.
Rewrote features test to remove all unimplemented features.
There are now all three examples of where an image can be included in
the test.

Tests have also been added to make sure that the mediabag contains all
these images after processing.
