many tests. We should add new tests for empty paragraphs.
* XML.toEntities: changed type to Text -> Text.
* Shared.tabFilter -- fixed so it strips out CRs as before.
* Modified writers to take Text.
* Updated tests, benchmarks, trypandoc.
