Added --list-* options.

Added `--list-input-formats`, `--list-output-formats`,
`--list-extensions`, `--list-highlight-languages`,
`--list-highlight-styles`.

Removed list of highlighting languages from `--version`
output.

Removed list of input and output formats from default
`--help` output.

Closes #3173.
